CROWD PULLERS - FORM SUBMISSION PROBLEMS

You may get an error message like the one shown below when you try to submit the form, and you are using a firewall:

X-Error: No HTTP_REFERER Form submission error There was an error in submitting the form. If this condition persists, please mail our support department. Thank you.

If you do, the easiest way of getting your enquiry to Crowd Pullers is to phone us on 020 8469 3900 (+44 20 8469 3900 from outside the UK). We will be delighted to hear from you. However, if you would like to send your enquiry through our form, please read on.

The problem occurs because our web host makes checks on the origin of form submissions, to prevent spammers using the form handling script to send out unsolicited email. In some circumstances, Zone Alarm can prevent this check from succeeding.

If you are using Zone Alarm, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Zone Alarm control panel at the Privacy screen.
   
2. Click on the Site List tab.
   
3. Click on the Add button.
   
4. In the add site dialog, type www.crowdpullers.demon.co.uk and click on OK.
   
5. A new line for Crowd Pullers will appear in the site list. Select this line and click on the Options button at the bottom of the dialog box.
   
6. Click on the Cookies tab.
   
7. Under 3rd Party Cookies, uncheck the box against Remove Private Header Information.
   
8. Click OK.
   
9. Close the Zone Alarm Control Centre.

This will allow HTTP headers for the Crowd Pullers website only, and should enable the form to work correctly.
